With the development of Internet and information technique, the application of E- Commerce is becoming more and more extensive. In the age of E-commerce, only by the traditional resources of enterprise, such as the quantity and price of products etc., which can't bring the new competition ability for the enterprise in the serious market competition. Customer is just the most important resources of enterprises, Customer Relationship Management is a kind of business mentality which regards the customer as the focus.The core thought of (Customer Relationship Management )CRM is considering customers of the enterprises as the most important enterprise resources, satisfying needs of customer through perfect customer service and thorough customer analysises, providing individual and difference of service, attaining one to one marketing;Providing the personalization information service for the customer through personalization recommendation technique, which provide new thoughts for the implement of CRM's individual and different service.Generally speaking, the current CRM system isn't open, which is used in the interior of enterprise, and hasn't external information service function or function is limited. If combining CRM system with enterprise portal, and in virtue of the strong information issuance ability and interactive ability of portal, which will advance the intercommunion between enterprise and customer consumedly, and provide a strong terrace to implement personalized service for the enterprise.In this paper, basing on the theory and application of CRM and CRMs, existing Internet-based personalization recommendation technique has been applied to CRM, and the frame model of personalization recommendation service based on integrating the portal with CRMs has been founded, so as to improve the ability of Customer Relationship Management and service quantity .Through the analysis to the frame structure of that model and flow of work, the method based on application of model is showed , and the function of personalization recommendation module has been designed ,finally the methods of concrete realization has been expatiated. In the end, the application of personalized information recommendation service based on based on integrating the portal with CRMs has been analysed through the substantial evidence research on an example.
