Research Of Distributed WEB Application System Based On .NET And XML

In recent years, with the swift development of the technology of computer and Internet, the information construction based on web application technology has already caught more and more people's attention. A lot of information systems based on traditional web application technology are in the phase of using ASP or ASP.NET to develop dynamic web page and exchanging data simply with latter database. However, these systems are far from meeting the users' continuous updating requirement. So, there arises the research about distributed web application system of excellent capability.This paper bases on Microsoft .NET development platform, researches and discusses the technology about distributed web application system based on .NET and XML technology. The main contents are as follows:(1) This paper introduces and discusses the distributed system technology. Which includes the architecture of distributed system, distributed object technology: COM/DCOM/COM+, Java RMI and CORBA, and Web Services distributed technology, etc. This paper introduces several kinds of familiar distinct distributed system architecture and distributed object technology, and at the same time, compares them particularly. It also does a deeply research on the core of next generation of the distributed system ~ Web Services technology.(2) This paper introduces and discusses Microsoft .NET development platform and current popular XML technology. For .NET development platform, this paper introduces the most main part—.NET Framework and the main technology—ASP.NET and AD0.NET. .NET Framework lets programmers develop Internet application program in distributed Internet surroundings much easier.ASP.NET is a kind of technology, used to develop web application program and XML Web Services and belongs to .NET Framework. AD0.NET, included in .NET Framework, is a kind of important interface of application program. It is used to provide data accessing service in Microsoft .NET platform. It is ADO's new transformation. For XML, this paper illuminates its trait, syntax and differentiation from HTML. And this paper researches and discusses XML's DOM (XML document's appearance in ROM). XML is a kind of meta-language that can be used to define all kinds of distinctsymbol language to meet distinct demand. XML is a kind of data exchange format. XML allows of exchanging data between distinct systems or application programs. DOM makes it possible for users to read, operate and amend XML document in program way.(3) This paper uses distributed web application system technology and XML in .NET platform to realize a sanitation test lab information management system. This system's main modules are illuminated in detail, as well as some essential technology, such as the application of XML technology in this system, Web Services design, the technology of database access and system's security design, etc. The application of XML technology in this distributed web application system is the emphasis of researching and discussing.
