In recent years, there appear all kinds of new Filed-bus Control System, which are applied in the industry control profession. At the same time, there are some new testing techniques about them are being developed gradually. Virtual Reality is applied to science visualization, flight simulation, medicine, remote sensing and remote control, CAD/CAM, education, entertainment, etc because of its convenience, used broadly and great potential. It must display much more wide application foreground along with progresses of Virtual Reality. For the present, it is not too much that Virtual Reality applied in the intelligence test control profession. Associating visual reality with intelligence test control will produce great influence in the modern industry automatic control profession. Filed-bus Control System applied in the intelligence test control profession is applied in the embedded applications broadly, a lots of large equipments can be automatic controlled by them. They can control dry compound machines and printing machines. The Filed-bus Control System referred in this paper is based on C8051F126 micro-controller. The destination of this task is to analyze detailedly the Fieldbus-based control system and give a design of virtual dry compound machine based on embedded structure.In this paper an analysis about the difference and development of virtual reality and Fieldbus-based control system is given first. And the theory of the tension control of dry compound machine is introduced. Then, puts forward a new method, which is in order to test the capability of Filed-bus Control System. It is a design of the virtual dry compound machine system, which is based on the embedded structure and virtual reality. The virtual dry compound machine system can imitate the mainly input and output signals of real dry compound machine, especially including the interference signals, which maybe encountered in real life. Then, the hardware and software reality method of the resolvent is given. It not only introduce its hardware development theory, the reality method of all the circuits, and its theory chart, but also gave its software design theory, flow chart and program code.At last, through using and testing, the conclusion can be included. This virtual dry compound machine system could replace the real dry compound machine to test the capability of the Filed-bus Control System within the scope of the error margin, the capability to cope with the interference signals. This testing method raises the efficiency and solves the difficulty problems in real operation. This method will provide a new kind of resolvent to detect technology for Filed-bus Control System.
