The development of mining industry production plays an important part in the development of national economy, the mining industry of our country has already formed a production system which has high technical and management level, big scale and complete variety. Under the limit of many kind of condition, the production method of our mining industry mainly is underground mining, the surveillance and control of the mobile target under mine pit is not very perfect.Nowadays large-scale mine pit is generally equipped with assistant lane used to ship the personnel, the material and the equipment. Considering the cost and maintenance convenience, generally the lane is just wide enough for a single vehicle to pass through, some wider parts of the lane can holds several vehicles which is used for the vehicles that have different directions. The automation level of the assistant lane is much more lower than the main lane, the vehicles often block in the assistant lane, which affected the production efficiency and even can cause the occurrence of security accidents.To improve the production efficiency and disaster reaction capability, this paper introduces a surveillance and control system for the mobile target under mine pit. The system can grasp the conditions of the workers and vehicles under mine pit, eliminate the blind spot of the ground administrative personnel to the conditions under mine pit, it enhance the surveillance and control of the mobile target under mine pit.The system for the surveillance and control of the mobile target under mine pit is constitutive of three parts: the main computer on the ground, the surveillance station under mine pit and the mobile target code transmitter. By using the wireless radio frequency examination and CAN Field Bus wired transmission, the system has formed a two-level distributed Field Bus network. The CAN Field Bus causes the information to be processed in control field and realize the communication between the control field equipment and the host IPC. The Net bridge, the signal light controller, the card reading equipment and the signal light constitute a communication network under the mine pit. The structure of the network is simple, the function of the network is reliable, the installation and maintenance of the network is convenient. By using the 2.4G wireless radio frequency recognition technology to design recognition card, the inductor effectively solute the multi-codes collision and diffraction question in the communication under the mine pit, which causes the mobile target recognition to be real-time and reliable. The software of IPC is developed with the configuration software WinCC whose interface is very friendly and the maintenance of expansion is very easy.
