The Design And Implementation Of HLR Of The SCDMA Multi-bureaus Network

SCDMA (Synchronous Code Division Muitiple Access) using China' s independent intellectual property rights 3G (the third generation mobile communication) standard TD-SCDMA core technology, entering the maket for more than one year, the number of users grew rapidly.But, because of the SCDMA core network mainly locating in solid net's extending and supplement, the SCDMA core network's initial design becomes limits and bottleneck of the SCDMA network's large-scale development. SCDMA multi- bureaus network project takes users as central network pattern instead of traditional switchboard, not only has satisfied the SCDMA users' demands of SCDMA core network, but also easy future large-scale networking. HLR (Home Location Register) is the central database of SCDMA communications network, which saving the all ownership users' total datas, and completing the SMAP (SCDMA Mobile Application Part) function.This article thoroughly studied in the HLRof the SCDMA multi- bureaus network, including system function demands and several key questions. The following three parts are the author's main operating points:1, Studied the loads control mechanism of MAP, 2, Designed and realized the database unification interface,3, Discussed the way of HLR memory database realization and the memory search algorithm.The realization of the HLR system satisfied the SCDMA multi- bureaus network's demands, and run stably and reliably.
