| HLR, Home Location Register, is an important part of the mobile communication system, exchanging diversified control signal with other entities in real-time. The development of HLR has been started for years in abroad and forms some mature technologies. On the other hand, the study of its theory lags behind its technology and is short of a recognized, mature development method. For a real-time, extensible system, the lack of the development method greatly influences the capability of re-development for HLR system. The paper presents an Object-Oriented method, ERCSM, based on the hard work of other people who has been working in this field. A formal definition is given for the autonomous object, which has been abstracted from net-service object. ERCSM is consisted of four major phases: protocol analysis, system logic design, object design, implementation. Each phase takes the model of previous phase as input and produce its result model as the input of next phase after transformation and creation work. The paper discusses the development of HLR in CDMA net which was directed by ERCSM. It accumulates practice experiences for generalize ERCSM further in the future. |
