Application Of Workflow And Security In E-government

In the course of informationization of the government, China needs to re-organize its course of operation, and take workflow as its key technology for electronic administrative construction.Municipal comprehensive administrative public informational service platform is just established on such a background in Luohu District, Shenzhen City. It is forms a comprehensive informational platform. The mass administrative businesses handled in E-government network take on the forms of workflow or business status. The system allows persons handling official businesses to access respective information according to their authorization. In order to meet different demands, there introduced technologies of workflow administration and access security control on the basis of municipal comprehensive administrative public informational service platform of Luohu District.On basis of the reference model proposed by workflow management commission (WFMC) through research, the abstract takes the design philosophy of light engine, developed and designed an embedding workflow engine.Current security scheme of Luohu District is based on traditional methods. It is not secured enough and cannot meet the rising demands for security and reliability. In order to fulfill above requirements, the author adopts "SSL+RBAC" security system frame.It is to be applied in the system integrating the designing principles of workflow and security technology on the basis of demand analysis of municipal comprehensive administrative public informational service platform of Luohu District.
