The Research On The Application Of Workflow In E-goverme Nt Of Counties

In this paper, we mainly focus on the design and implementation of the e-government based on workflow.First, the background and research significance of e-government system is introduced; we also analyze the investigation status at present of e-government system. Then concepts in workflow are fully introduced, which include the definition of workflow, reference model of workflow management system, and significance of the application of workflow in e-government system.Second, After analyzing the demand of e-government system based on workflow, we define the functions of the system, user case and activity graph of the main functions.Third, Based on the principle of system design, Architecture and technological route of the system is presented. The architecture of the system consists of presentation layer, application layer, application support layer and data layer. And the technological route of the system is also introduced.Fourth, we mainly discuss the implementation of workflow in the e-government. OSWorkflow is introduced as workflow engine in the system. In user management, we use mapping file to integrate customized user control system with OSWorkflow.At the end of this paper, the result of some main functional module, which like online approval, form designer based on web, visual workflow definition tool, and so on, are presented.This paper is oriented from a practical project. Our system has finished fundamental modules, which contains content management, information publicity, online service, public participation, and so on. Online service module has achieved the goal of the automation of common approval process. The system splits process management from business process, which provides a facility for the enterprise and the public, increases productivity in governments. Work of this paper can enhance the information level of governments.
