The thesis discussing the research subject supported by the 25 research institute of Space Flight shows design of target imitation motion trestle and its control system which would be used to test the performance of some weapons. At the beginning of it we introduces the design of two-axis motion trestle mechanical structure which is crossed-shaped and uses the advanced ball screws with large lead and linear rolling grides 。Then presents the design of trestle motion control system, which is a typical opening NC system and uses IPC as host computer and PMAC as slave computer. This thesis gives great emphases on the hardware system consisted of PMAC, Panasonic AC servo-motors ,drivers and IPC .Moreover it discuss the software development of host computer and slave computer ,technical difficulties are mentioned as well. Then it analyzes the performance of this control system and the test results. Finally we compare theoretical analysis of lines and arcs' track errors with final result of practical tests, which provides foundation for further error compensation...
