| Target motion simulation system simulates the operation trajectory of the missile in definite speed by using Missile-Target scaling model. It is the key of the ground-based test and semi-physical simulation evaluating the changes of signal characteristics. And the reliability and credibility of simulation experiments are directly influenced by its quality. Therefore, the design of target motion simulation system is of significant economic and military value.In this paper, the development status of target motion simulation system at home and abroad is discussed. According to the requirements of target motion simulation system, overall scheme is designed. In the scheme, the system is divided into three parts: motion platform, motor control system and host computer control system.The optimal scheme is determined through designing and analyzing the implementation modes of several motion platforms. Based on the scheme, some key mechanisms of motion platform are designed. And the force condition of motion platform is analyzed; the strength and stiffness are checked.Considering the curvilinear motion of three-order parameter equation, the interpolation algorithm based on precision requirement and constant velocity interpolation algorithm are studied. For the multi-point fitting curve motion, interpolation algorithm of non-uniform B-spline curve is studied, too. Through analyzing the interpolation algorithms of two curve motions individually, interpolation algorithm based on precision requirement and interpolation algorithm of non-uniform B-spline curve are verified to meet the needs of target motion simulation system and to have the feasibility of practice. To control the motion of target, the host computer control system is designed with VC, and the two interpolation algorithms are applied to it.Finally, through analyzing the working results of real system, the designs in this paper are verified to meet the requirement of system completely. |
