In this paper the study of target laser scattering characteristics, all kinds of scaling systems on laser scattering have been founded by many domestic and overseas scholars. In this paper, based on the study of target laser scattering characteristics, the establishing process of the automatically measuring system on laser scattering is introduced. With the former experience and up to date technology about homodyne interferometer detection, a kind of automatically scaling system on laser speckle radar is developed. In this process of develop the system, we introduced dummy instrument and used it improving the system.As digital technology and other electronic technologies develop rapidly, there's higher and higher demand for frequency stability and accuracy in signal source. The most convenient way to evaluate the performance of signal source is to measure it's frequency in high precision. At the same time, as one of modern technique in experiment, virtual instruments are widely used in the fields of test in engineering, long-distance control and teaching.Labview is the most popular virtual instrument to develop the terrace nowadays, this text introduced according to the virtual instrument of the total line of Labview GPIB and it to the request of the soft hardware, combine the lock mutually the enlarger develops the solid example two times, the system described general process of the virtual instrument development. compared with the original instrument, Labview under of the total line virtual instrument most outstanding advantage in GPIB does not need the additional data to collect the solid hour that card can complete the data to collect, and keep experiment as a result, the follow-up processing of the easy to data, expanded original function of the equipments biggest.
