Liquid crystal light valve(LCLV) is also called a new type of automatic variable lightwelding hood LCD lens, which is used for welding mask LCD products. It can double filterultraviolet and infrared radiation to avoid harmful radiation,the damage of highlight to theeyes during welding, and the occurrence of electric ophthalmia, so at the same time itimproves product quality and work efficiency. The light filter of automatically changinglight during welding compared with the traditional filter has the advantage that a piece offilter can meet the diversified demands of welding craft. Meanwhile when Filter is not dark,it does not affect the operators to observe the work environment.The system measures the diffuse scattering value of the liquid crystal screen ofautomatic color welding mask. Diffuse scattering value is one of the important parameters ofliquid crystal chips, and the system can realize quality control in production process ofautomatic color welding mask for LCD. So the success of project will provide importantguarantee for the quality control of automatic color welding mask product our country, thedemand of the enterprises make the project have great potential economic benefits.This thesis first puts forward the theory research of system.Then we design the structureof hardware and software,and set up the platform of hardware and software according to thedesign of system.Meanwhile we go on with the system calibration and linear correction,finally realize the measurement of diffuse scattering value.The system use the analysis ofspectrum signal to obtain signal information. We use photoelectric detector to receivemodulated laser pulse, and transfer the data to the computer with the serial port.After thatwe choose the corresponding frequency signal through the analysis of signal spectrum byusing the highly integrated function module programming of virtual instruments.And thenwe realize the analysis of diffuse scattering value, display of spectrum image, contrast ofmultiple data, switch of gear, document preservation and so on.It is high efficiency, easy todebug and convenient to control the instrument.The function is so rich that theinstrument is easy to expand and improve.
