With the deep work of land resource information, land resource manages department make higher demand on data share and information service. It is urgent to resolve that how to integrate disperse land resource information in order to for sake of managing decision-making service, and provide network service. In according of diversification of GIS product, multi-service and multi-data, information project has to know how to take full advantage of web resource to implement data share of different GIS system and provide convenient GIS service. The target of this paper is to design secure and reliable distributed data center by combining traditional GIS with web and distributed account and data transfer technology.We first analyze current situation of land resource data, and point out existing problems; then analyze requirement to point out scope of data center building; secondly, we study system frame of data center, discuss key technology: Geospatial data storage, isomerous data exchange, multi-data integration, data security, Agent technology etc; finally, we summarize the characters of land resource, point out Tree-layer deploy model and consign manage deploy pattern.The paper emphasis on two cores: data center system model and multi-data transfer model. We analyze data center system model and validate the feasibility of the model in according to metadata standards, database granularity, database update frequency and linking mode, database compatibility, and the relation with E-government. We adopt release/subscibe to resolve data update, make use of harmony working of replication of proxy and server to implement multi-data center transfer.We primary implement data update of land resource data center in this paper, which supplies favorable foundation for land resource data center building.
