As the taxation system reform is undergoing in China, how toeffectively improve the service quality of Taxation Bureau by combiningadvanced technology and efficient management becomes an important problem.The Customer Service Center of taxation bureau has emerged, as the taxpayers require a convenient, accurate way to inquire and pay their taxby phone.This study discussed the design and implementation hotline system ofCustomer Service Center of the Taxation Bureau in Hebei province.Business work flow was introduced and analyzed and detailed designwas also discussed as well. CTI technology and TLM products were employedin this work.The main points of this paper are as follows:First of all, project background introduction and significant of theproject;Second, the business logic and work flow analysis, detailed designactivities;Third, system requirements and implementation;Last conclusions and expectations. |
