The Design And Implementation Of Call Center System Of Taxation

With the continuous development of social economy, taxpayer quantity isever-growing, and some tax Illegal cases is also increased year by year, such as taxevasion and falsifying invoices. As the result, tax collection and management works oftaxation system confronts increasing pressure.CTI（Computer Telephony Integration）technology is a kind of informationtechnology from traditional computer telephone integration. Based on such a technology,and Co-operated with typical Manual Seat Service，to construct a set of highly-efficienttaxpayer service application system, especially a taxpayer call center system whichalways can automatically run by continuous7*24hour, could significantly promote thetax-collection, tax monitoring management and tax propaganda work efficiency, as wellas, generate huge social benefits.This dissertation starts from the professional functions, application systemperformance and software-hardware environment requirements for the tax call centersystem, afterwards designs the network structure for this system, software system andbackground database. Moreover, it also presents the related programming implementdetails to this software. On the whole, this system is made up of the ‘Central ServiceSub-system’, the ‘Terminal Management Sub-system’ and ‘Manual Seat ServiceSub-system’. Furthermore, the software modal adopted for every sub-system is typicalclient/server structure, and the taken database is MS SQL Server2005version. Inaddition, this dissertation also shows several primary software interface graphs, andthen introduces some used Test Technologies, test methods and test cases. Finally, itexhibits the complete test results on the developed software system.
