In the information Ages, the scientific instrument is the key to the physical worldon the means that measures and controls, is the source of information, deliver ofpassage, exploratory tools. New instrument and units will became more and moresmall_type(mini_type),integration,digital,intellectualized。And micro-electronicstechnique, computer technique, precise machine technique, nanometer technique. With these points, this topic will base on Finite Element Analysis and Research ofFlux detection with Press use ANSYS Flotran method。With the MEMS technique development, analysis and research the use of MEMSpressure sensors in the pipeline systems . analysis whether this pressure sensors fluxsystem be applicable smaller then 1 cm, and whether the pipe geometricalappearance and flow status influence the flux detection system .and relate velocityof flow, compressive stress, pipe configuration, laminar flow and overfall, differenceof the pipe radius, and so onUse the related principle of the hydromechanics , deduce the method of presswith 2 points and 3 points to measure the flux detection, analyzed the possibility ofmake use of MEMS compressive stress transducer to survey flux detection.possibility and related influence factors from the theories. And predigested themathematics model. If use the MEMS compressive stress transducer thus make themicromation (miniaturization) integration flowmeter become possible.Base on ANSYS Flotran data, work out a analysis conclusion, contrast to analyzevarious complicated 3 D tube inside flow the circumstance, synthesize to considerthe velocity ,press ,change hot and extremely hot, Newton's fluid and not Newton'sfluid, compressible fluid and Incompressible fluid and so on . within the range of 1cm , the influence of the pressure of flow. Analyze that system's feasibility andapplicability.
