In recent years, with the development of logistics technology, the application of the stereoscopic automatic warehouse is extensive day by day, and the shelve is regarded as its design's more stopovers of an important apparatus in the stereoscopic automatic warehouse in the analogy and experience design, the designer guarantees intensity and stability of the shelve by the size which increases the material, this will undoubtedly cause the waste of the material. So, it is quite important to work out the meanings of a set of feasible design specifications.At the same time, with the development of computer technology, a lot of logistics apparatus enterprises begin to use and design the software to optimize the design of the shelve too, make the material give full play to performance, shorten and design time , save the cost. Design and make from digitization stereoscopic warehouse and current application situations and development trends that shelve design and make watch in automation, the study on shelve all still stay in some range in most scientific literatures , academic publications, have not carried on systematic research to the shelve , does not form a set of complete systems yet at present.This thesis further employs modern design theory and method to analyze total arrangement and mechanics to the structure of the crossbeam type shelve at the regular design method and normal foundation, thus obtain a set of feasible personal design specifications. Later used the finite element of elastic mechanics and theory of the structural mechanics to set up mechanics model and mathematical model, go on , ask , solve with MATLAB software to shelve model , set up whole space structural model of shelve among ANSYS at the same time, go on , analyze to shelve structure check-up shelve every index of situations , further prove whether the design of the shelve reaches the nticipated goal, and then analyze to the shelve mode , consider the earthquake load acts on the impact on shelve, carry on initial analysis of dynamics to it.Research approach that thesis use this indicate to facilitate shelve designing qualityand rise of working efficiency design specification that obtain.
