Modelling And Simulation Of Supply Chain Management System Based On The Agent

Modelling method based on the Agent has many advantages, activity, layer, dynamic state and maneuverability etc. It provides a new way and a new view for people to think about how to know and comprehend varieties of complicated systems(complex adaptive systems). It has a special meaning for society, economy, living and environment, which are complicated systems constituting Agents of activity. On the other hand, as the computer technology's quick developing promotes directly, a series of terraces used for the implementation to the modelling method based on the Agent appear, most knowly of which is the Swarm developped by the SFI. Their emergences provide a convenient condition for the expansion of modelling method based on the Agent. A large-scale production requests a large-scale circulation.A large-scale supply chain usually includes some vehicles,various routes , different suppliers as well as factors of indetermination such as the need of customer,the supply of the extern raw material etc. There are"providing--needing"relations among each link of system.In fact,the aim of simulation is to simulate the behaviors and functions of the indeterminated supply chain management system ,to lower the total cost of the logistics system, to help realize the optimal control of the supply chain. Regarding the engineering owner as the principle of the supply organizations of a large engineering, the supply chain involves several suppliers,transporting units,relay stations and constructing units. The Longtan project is also like this.The paper used to study the modelling method based on the Agent is combined with the thoughts of my work at the Longtan project,and we take the Swarm as the simulation terrace,using it for the researches into simulating the supply chain management system.
