Research On The Management Assessment System Of Power Supply Enterprise

The electric power market is the trend of the reform of power industry. Anassessment on the operational status and the service quality of the electric powerenterprise and the quantified evaluation are very essential. Aim at this, this thesisinvestigates the operational condition of the power supply enterprise and studies on theindex system, in the study, makes use of the interpretative structural modeling form thepoint of system engineering theory to analyze the index system. The interpretativestructural modeling of sustainable development model for power supply is presented.The common methods in management assessment of the power supply enterprise areinvestigated. Grey relation analysis is used to assess the service quality and dataenvelopment analysis is used to evaluate the benefit of the power supply enterprise. Theresults show the validity of the two methods. Furthermore the structure and function ofthe management assessment system of the power supply enterprise is presented in thethesis.
