News has been an increasingly important social phenomenon since the modern times, and it has become a flexible power of influencing the living of the public. News research was very flourishing in the second half of the 20th century. From the view of the theory, the relevant researches were generally about such specific means of doing news as its propagation, direction, liberty, gathering and editing, writing, circulation, etc, all of them is only about the circulating means of news, but the research on news method is relevantly scarce, especially the three parts that constitute news which are news language, news actuality and news authenticity, as well as the news power. This article is trying to point out that news is the mental activity between different people and the social medium for interpreting, beginning from the language, as established in spirit and meaning and originated from the importance of news. First, by studying the actuality and authenticity of news, it turns out that what sustains news is not always the language that the public really understand. Any interpretation has its own position, any position is from experience, and any experience is obtained from language description, all of them are related to each other. For news language and news experience can bring out the best each other, news becomes the unnatural result given by language masters based on their experiences. Second, media is both mature and na?ve for the actuality of news, but its general direction of defeating all while meeting all requirements is unchangeable. Finally, the authenticity of news is usually judged by the public. The fact is that once an objective incident becomes disseminating news, it is not controlled by the media, but by the public; however, the pubic have to judge the news'authenticity from its actuality through its dissemination. The conclusion of this article is that for language controls the actuality of news with the effect of experience, the public cannot check the authenticity beyond the news language, they can only judge the news'authenticity from its actuality, there upon language actually becomes the most important medium of news dissemination. The naturalness and objectiveness of the news truth that is usually regarded as the news life by journalists have to be based on the language. This can also help to answer how the news power has been formed in a sense.
