Study On ESSP Workflow Model And It's Application

Workflow Model is the foundation of the workflow administrative system, which determines the systematic behavior and function characteristic. Useful workflow model should be able to norm workflow operation rules strictly, and to make the workflow executive program be able to explain the model, dispatch the task of assigning correctly while operating. Here I propose a kind of workflow model of enterprise application which is based on the workflow management coalition's specification. At first, the workflow process stores informations into the store medium according to the workflow management coalition's specification, and then it carries on analysis in the course of operating, sets up the operating environment, finally it finishes the work by the means of mutuality with users and calls application tools. When giving definition to the workflow process , the workflow administrative system models the workflow process according to coalition's specification, when used in enterprise, and then saves the result of the analysis in workflow process definition language. When using the visual modeling tool, the system transfers the figures to workflow process after its definition has been finished . After customizing workflow process ,the workflow process definition tools can return the workflow process to the graph ,which can be modified by users when necessary.. In the workflow working process ,the workflow service analyses the workflow definition process which has been saved in the store medium ,and calls relevant application tools to read the datum needed by the system ,so it builds up the systematic running environment. In the course of constructing the running environment ,the system reads the datum relevant to the workflow process ,such as enterprise's information .and it works with the workflow definition process to imitate that in enterprise and it reports the results to the user's interface. Mutuality with the user in the workflow process running stage is finished by the means of user's interface and workflow services which calls business logic to correctly dispatch the task and control the state of the workflow process as well as the feedback of the users. The workflow process system developed like this will have advantages such as strong expansibility, easily to maintain and fix the facility in later stage, meanwhile, it needn't special configure .It is convenient for businessmen frequently going out to do business. As its developing process strictly follows the workflow management coalition's specification . so its commonability is guaranteed ,then it can be used after expanding with other workflow process system which abides to the workflow management coalition specification.
