Central heating in winter in northern China attracts more and more attention with the improvement of residents' living standard.Time limitation to solve the problems arising from the heating process is also another major problem concerned by residents.At present,city B lacks effective means of supervision of the urban heating system,moreover,there are many heating problems,such as passive management,insufficient grasp of fundamental heating data,could not monitor the running condition of heating units in time.In addition,there is no guarantee that the problem will be resolved in time,the resolution of problems in the heating process rely on the resident's complaints,many problems could not be solved in the heating system until resident complaints come out.This project establishes an information supervision platform —heating supervision and complaint monitor system.Firstly,the system requirements was analyzed,at first,analyzed the system's overall needs,business requirements,and then divides the system function structure,the system includes heating supervision subsystem and complaint monitoring subsystem,which was consisted of eight function modules,heating monitoring,heating map display,heating data visualization,complaints work order,complaints screen,complaints map,calling management,complaints statistics and ranking.Then,the functional requirements of the system were analyzed in form of use case diagram,and non-functional requirements of the system were analyzed from four aspects: response speed,reliability,stability and ease of use.Then,the High-Level system design was designed from system architecture design,functional architecture design,database table and its several aspects relationship design,which determine the system's overall framework,function assigning,logical relationship,database table and the table relationship.And then,the detailed design of the system is given through the class diagram,sequence diagram and concrete realization diagram of the functional module.Finally,in the test and verification stage,I have deployed test environments according to the testing plan and designed test cases,tests are performed to simulate the real user's use of the system,and the quality of the system is evaluated according to the test results.The construction of this system has realized the information supervision of the heating system in city B,which can supervise the real-time data of each heating unit,the failure of heating infrastructure,the resolution of complaints,etc.At present,the system has passed system test and waiting for to use.
