System Configuration Based On WEB

Configuration software is an important part of industrial remote monitoring and control system, and its performance has decided the behavior of the whole monitoring and control system in deep extent. The configuration software with some generality not only enhances the reliability of system, but also realizes reusing of the program. Being the newest tendency and present research focus, Web oriented and technology based on reusable component are two objects which have great realistic significance and extensive practical foreground.The main part of configuration software which takes component resued, Web based and cross-platform as its three main characters has been realized. And the paper includes four main design contents: configuration developing environment, running environment, communication technology between components, design of components. On the base of development experience of popular configuration software at present and combination the technology of Internet with information monitoring system, a new kind of configuration software based on the structure of B/S (Browser/Server) is formed. In order to implement the renovation of dynamic display, the scheme that connects the real-time information from industrial automation on spot with server in local network of enterprise is adopted. Java Applet is taken as container, and then the Applet is embedded into HTML page. By this way, the configuration picture can be published on Web in time. The multithreading technology and memory data interaction are adopted, so the system response speed and the real-time has been enhanced; object oriented programming is used to complete the design and display of configuration picture and achieve the development of configuration software. Several light JavaBeans components have been designed by thorough research of JavaBeans, and the design of the configuration system of this system centers on the core of component. This method improves expansibility and openness of the system. According to the design way of commonality, a kind of data softbus is designed and developed, and it is based on the dynamic compiling technology of Java language, introspection and reflection of beans. It is used to communicate between beans. Data is transmitted and operation is transferred by this way.In short, these outstanding technologies are used to design the industry control configuration software, then the main part of remote monitoring and control configuration software has been developed. The subject achieves the expected design goal.
