The Research And Development Of The Medical Management Of HIS

The construction of hospital information system (HIS) is a long-term and arduous project. With support of computer software, hardware, network correspondence technology and other modem technologies, HIS can make an entire management of human resource, material, finance in the hospital and its subordinates. In a sense, HIS is a kind of new rebuild of the management pattern which is advantageous to the hospital information management.During the construction of hospital information platform, the design and realization of the medical management is an especially important link. The medical management includes three major parts. They are medical depot management, clinic drugstore management and in-hospital management. By operating function modules it can realize out-depot, in-depot, adjusting price, checking, withdrawing, drawing back to depot, losing, document verification and statistic calculation of the medicine and preparation. This part guarantees normal use of the whole hospital drugs, as well as the smooth circulation of drug's information in the entire hospital information system.Combining with the design and the development of an actual hospital information system, firstly, this paper elaborates the survey, characters and development tendency of domestic and overseas HIS, and also points out the development necessity and existing problems of the HIS. Secondly, it introduces some necessary knowledge and technical difficulties in developing HIS. On the basis of satisfying the principle and the general goal of design, this paper gives an integrated design thought, actual design model and system structure of the HIS. Besides these, it also introduces the function of medical management in detail, emphatically analyzes the connection and characters of every subsystems. And the design proposal of medicine deport system, clinic drugstore system and in-hospital system are also presented in this article from the shallow to the deep, which consists of system function and database form design. Considering to the user's requirements and actual situation, also uniting the design proposal, the realization of subsystems is multiform. Every related function of subsystems is given the key explanation and examples. Finally, in order to make different users visit subsystems in level, this paper applies the role based access control (RBAC) into the medical management, and designs a sort of security strategy and puts it to use successfully.
