Medical-health influences the quality of national life directly, theinformation degree of which being paid more and more attention, so theInformation System of hospital becomes one of the most infrastructuresfor modern hospital. The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central-southUniversity has accomplished clinical information system, which iscentered on economic accounting and based on clinical aided diagnosticinformation. Biased on this, the thesis designed and implemented theHospital Information System Serving Platform based on Web, whichincluded the telemedicine consultative system, the touch-screenguidance&query system and the information decision system.Revolved around Hospital Information System Serving Platform, themain contents of this thesis are as follows:Part one introduced development status to hospital informationsystem in our country and overseas; then selected the development ofhospital information system serving platform as the main reach content;last expatiated on the research purpose and significance, and describedthe structure this thesis.Part two introduced the correlative technology to systemdevelopment. First described the development history of software designpattern, showed the contrast between B/S and C/S mode, and adopted thecombined mode based on the fact of the this project; then introduceddevelopment course and characteristic of ASP.NET, detailed introducedhow to use ASP.NET to develop Web service.Part three introduced requirement analysis, system designation andimplementation, including the development of the telemedicineconsultative system, the touch-screen guidance&query system and theinformation decision system.Part four researched database optimization technology for Oracle10g and querying technology to massive data. Applying thesetechnologies in system development shortened the response time,improved throughput efficiency and advanced the whole efficiency. Regarding the access control of the core data in database, the thesis adoptthe main strategy of Role-Based Access Control in this system, thenframes the implementation proposal and the many kinds of roles set in theOracle database.This model has lower secure maintenance costs, wellsecure control effects.Last the thesis summarized and evaluated the applied effect, anddiscussed how to improve this system.
