The System Of Embedded Electric Meter Based On Ethernet

The traditional electric meter system has many shotcomings such as the measurement not to be precise, wasting time for man to copy the tables, the tedious statistics and so on. Along with network technology development, network already exists in everywhere, people's life style also along with it change. In view of traditional old-style electromagnetism electric meter shortcoming and insufficiency, and unified the current network technology, this article studies and designs a set to transmit based on the ethernet automatically copies the table system.This system uses the electric meter to substitute traditional electromagnetism electric meter, combines the electricity characteristic, increases the measuring accuracy, causes the electric quantity statistics to be more precise. The network module calculates the output pulse of electric meter and transmits to computer by network, make the deferent distance more farther. Stores the database with the electric quantity information after the statistical computation, finally computer may produce a report and print it out. The entire system caused the electric quantity statistics to realize the automation and the intellectualization.This article from the hardware circuit design, simplified the TCP/IP agreement design, the system software design, the computer management software design, the correspondence protocol design and so on several aspects has carried on the concrete expatiate to this system. First, elaborated hardware circuit design of electric meter module by ADE7755; Elaborated hardware circuit design of network module by TI's MSP430F149 and CS8900A; It detailedly expatiates the choice and application of each chip; Next, after analyzing the character of TCP/IP protocol, it discusses the transplant and the optimization of TCP/IP protocol on electric meter; More, elaborated the computer managing software's database design, the interface design, the Socket design, the output to Excel report; Then, it elaborated the correspondent protocol design, the data transmission reliability and the security. Finally, we got the design conclusion by the system test.
