Research On Agent-Based Negotiation Model In Intelligent E-Commerce System

The origination and development of electronic commerce has brought tremendous changes and far-reaching influence to every aspect of the social economy. Combining Agent technology with e-commerce, Agent technology and modern artificial intelligence method are applied to e-commerce in order to establish intelligent e-commerce environment. It can improve efficiency of e-commerce, reduce transaction cost, and implement intelligent business processing. Consequently, establishing efficient, rapid and intelligent e-commerce has become a tendency of the development of e-commerce. Based on this background and Agent technology, this paper puts forward the intelligent e-commerce architecture. Under the condition of information incomplete, aiming at negotiation process in e-commerce, this paper puts forward Agent negotiation model based on intelligent e-commerce by using genetic algorithm. Finally, Agent negotiation system based on intelligent e-commerce has designed and implemented.This paper puts forward an intelligent e-commerce architecture based on Agent according to Agent technology and e-commerce theory and business process. Automation in business process has implemented by using workflow technology. Knowledge sharing problem has solved by using ontology.Based on the study of Agent concept, Multi-Agent system structure and communication language and related technology, Agent negotiation model in intelligent e-commerce has constructed aiming at negotiation process. Negotiation automation and semi-automation problem in transaction has solved by using Agent technology, and bring the characteristics of autonomy, flexibility, reactivity and initiative into full play. Some key technical points in automatic negotiation have discussed, such as knowledge sharing problem of negotiation content and negotiation strategy. Negotiation strategy based on genetic algorithm has proposed. The preference and utility function of negotiation opponent has studied by using genetic algorithm in order to achieve double wins between customers and suppliers in condition of information incomplete.Based on the study mentioned above, an Agent negotiation system based on e-commerce has designed and the functions of each Agent and system working-flow has defined. Finally, the Agent negotiation system has building on Agent development platform (JADE). Negotiation automatic process flow in negotiation process has implemented. All experimental data has analyzed and testify feasibility and efficiency of negotiation strategy that this paper has put forward.
