Research On Application Of Researching Learning Based WIKI Used In Higher Education

With rapid development of our economy, the talent's demand is more and more urgent. On one hand, the higher education is constantly expansion enrollment, and more people have chances to accept higher education; On the other hand, the college student's employment rate is gradually declining along with it. One of the main reasons to this complexion is that talents, whom the current higher education brings up, can't meet the needs of social development. Higher education is the last pass to personnel training, how to improve the students'innovation abilities and practice abilities, already become the focus of widespread attention in the current entire education domain and even the social domain.In our country, the study about researching learning begins in the middle school. Its original intention is for strengthening quality education of middle-school students. But according to college student's mental characteristic and his former knowledge structure, and comparing with other level educations in teaching, we should emphasize student's independent learning and researching learning. Moreover, according to investigation, there is high consistency between researching learning and the higher school personnel training goals. Therefore, there is positive significance to promote higher school personnel training goal to sparkplug researching learning in higher educational environmentAs a kind of cooperative writing system, WIKI system advocates creating and sharing knowledge. It gives researching learning full supports from three aspects, such as providing information resource, providing information processing tools, providing practice platform. Furthermore, higher school has already possessed the basis of software and hardware for Web-based learning with the WIKI platform. The characteristics which are possessed of by WIKI can play positive role in teaching.This article introduces how to give full play to the characteristic of researching learning, with the help of WIKI platform in higher school environment, in order to achieve higher school talent training goal.
