| Aimed at mostly manufacturing enterprise's technique of shafts' measurement are still stay at manually testing lever and traditional test method have the defects like large blunder, inefficiency and low productivity. Based on analyzing the development and tendency of microcontroller unit (MCU) and intelligent, the systems of shaft' automatic test is studied, which is following the design principle-convenience, good practicability, high reliability and low cost.This article put forward the hardware design project which using Computer and MCU8031 as the core ,modern sense and signal processing technology as the support. Choose Raster sensor and Spring sensor to gather the high accuracy signals and dates;Choose RS232 or RS485 to realize the asynchronism and serial communications between computer and MCU8031 that can control the system far or near distance. It have accuracy and speediness signals and dates gather function, real-time control function.Put forward the software design project which based on Windows system, using Visual C++ high language as the tool to make the software programming. Realize good man-machine interface function, quickly and reliability signal processing function, strongly date signal storage and transact function. Then use VC and Matlab mix programming advance technology, to sample programming and improve the date signal transact speed. Also study the dates transact methods in the measurement deeply. So it can realize this system's design target that it has low cost and high reliability hardware, principle-convenience and good practicability software.The study of shafts' automatic measurement system, can set a firm technology platform for shafts' automatic measurement sets, also supply the basis in theory to realize the economical, high efficiency and accuracy axles' measurement. |
