The rapid develop of radio business put forward higher and higher demandof radio frequency resource's reasonable use, monitoring radio, themanagement of radio. In order to fit in with the management of radio in thenew situation, we must build a radio station management system. Throughbuilding this system, the level of radio's management has a great improve,which can satisfy with the request of management.The radio management divides into building station examination and dailymanages two parts of work. The mainly task of build station examination isexam the qualification of building station and prevent the harmful disturbancebetween the constructed station and constructing station. the mainly task ofdaily manage is safeguard normal operation of the constructed station, carry onthe person to train, monitor the engine room rules and regulation's establishing,the equipment annual inspection, gathers the expense of the year frequency totake work, disturbance investigation, electric wave monitor and so on.In view of the background of radio station management system, weselect .NET as development platform, C# as the development of the coremanage platform, ASP.NET as development of the radio business handlingsystem. The radio station management system's platform pattern uses is B/Spattern and C/S pattern union. The radio station management system's networkarchitecture is uses three level frames which are the country, the province, thecity level, between the network uses X.25/frame relay technology, the bandwidth is 64K/128K.We choose ORACLE to construct the database, rapidprototyping to do for the system method of exploitation, because of this systemnot only for state-level radio station management organization, but also mustserve the provincial level radio station management organization, therefore it isimpossible for us to complete all requirements in the initial period. We will beable to obtain the basic requirement only. So we decide taking on rapidprototyping. When we develop and analyze system, we select unified modellanguage (UML).we choose use case diagram to describe system function,class diagram to express the class and their relations which implement systemfunction, active diagram to express a complete flow of a action, state diagramto express the different state of class ,sequence diagram to exhibit a set ofobjects and message, including received message and send message ,amongthem, database model diagram to express the table structure and relation. Weuse Microsoft Office Visio to establish the above UML diagram.The radio business module is most function and important module in thecore management platform, it mainly includes the radio frequency division,radio spectrum division,the classification of radio business, radio system, radiosystem standard, the maintenance of footnote , the inspection and maintenancefor antenna and equipment. It divides into four modules: The radio frequencymodule, the radio frequency is one of the frequencies which some unit orindividual use under the permission of national radio management organization.The frequency band include four areas which are china, Hong Kong, Macaoand international-radio-unites. It mainly manages the date input, update, delete,insert and so on. The radio business module, the sort of the radio business ismore than 80, mainly includes the ground radio business and the spatial radiobusiness. It provides the function of divide business, input business, updatebusiness, delete business, and insert business and so on. The radio footnotemodule, That the footnote is correspondence of the prescriptive frequencydivision。It provides the function of input footnote, update footnote, deletefootnote, insert footnote and so on. The radio frequency division stipulationmodule is mainly establish the connection among the above three modules. Theradio frequency division stipulation module take out band number and thecountry code from the radio frequency module, take out the type name from theradio business module, take out the footnote number from the radio footnotemodule and organize these contents in together, which implement insertingbusiness and footnote into frequency. In order to implement the above function,when we design the table of radio frequency division stipulation, we take outthe date from other tables.The data dictionary maintenance module, provides the attribute dictionaryfor the radio station management system, is the complete description andoverall assurance for database in this system. It Mainly includes, selecting alltables from the current database, if the table which only have four fields andthis four fields name have to be CO (marking number), CN (English nameabbreviation), CD1 (Chinese name), CD2 (annotation) is data dictionary table,others are non-dictionary table. It can implement updating those tables.When we design the system, we use two essential technologies;one is treemenu's implementation and application which we base on the Web. In thissystem we use the Web tree menu, the page divides into tow parts, the left partlay the tree menu which implements the page navigation, and the right part isthe concrete function operation page. We use Microsoft Corporation's newlyissue TreeView module which is based on the web, and combine the XMLtechnology to realize. Another was quotes third party module---Developer.Express, this is used to design the interface similar to .NET style.
