The present situation appears two major characteristics: one is fast development; another is competition intensity in our country advertising industry. The media marketing team should be taken as the key management except in strengthening the program to be better to listen and the inside media marketing under the present media background. The marketing team has the function in the enterprise which cannot be substituted. The motivation question is a difficulty with emphasis in marketing team's management.The paper is taken the motivation question as the research key, and Liaoning Communication Station marketing team as research object. It utilizes the behavioral analysis, the historical induction, the quota and the qualitative analysis method. The article is divided six chapters of four big to launch. The first part of the motivation and the team theory is provided the theory basis for the next elaboration.
