The Chinese metropolis daily production has experience ten years until nowadays. There are many arguments about how the urban newspaper prospects going on in the academic field. In terms of management, the core media competition is the magic weapon to win the competition among the furious competition of newspaper production. The key point is how to shape the core media competition, which is urgent question, meanwhile, the solution is being seek. In this paper try to analysis the shaping process of media management, which is recourse of the core media competition.In this paper apply the knowledge of journalism, communication theory, economic,management. There is a particular induce between the causation of the culture of media and management the core media competition. But that is not to say that organization culture is the only reason of the formation of the core media competition . Culture is the one of the most important reasons. Because comparing to other management methods, culture can not be copied by other media organization comparing to other management methods. Despite the present furious competition, there is still room for further expansion, which offers realistic inspiration and instructional purpose.
