Based on cultural development of contemporary periodicals, the paper focuses on the basic ideas of journals cultural construction and development. From the perspectives of science, social psychology, consumer culture and etc, the paper combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, it deeply analyzes the cultural content, text content and communication strategy of DUZHE in order to find out the content innovation, cultural content, aesthetic appeal of "DUZHE phenomenon" by combining the times with social development as well as by comparison with other periodicals to find a reasonable explanation on how Chinese periodicals could face the market, catch up with current development and create the greatest social and economic benefits.The paper holds that DUZHE has formed its own cultural connotations by keeping text innovation in its long-term development. Such cultural connotations further constraint and regulate the text innovation of the magazine, making it continuously exceed itself and grow into the first brand of Chinese periodicals.The paper points out that the cultural content and innovative interaction of DUZHE is successful. Text innovation can enable cultural content to convert into an outstanding market resource. Meanwhile, the paper also analyzes the deficiencies of DUZHE, it stressed that DUZHE's next innovation can further increase relevant reality to make its human care and ultimate value equipped become more reality-oriented so that its cultural functions could better benefit readers and society.
