Heterogeneous Data Integration Technology

With the rapid development of computer and network technology,enterprise has constructed a number of information systems to manage corporate data during the process of information construction.The data of these information systems is distributed,home-made and heterogeneous, In order to share,maintain and manage the information inside enterprises and among enterprises, we need to fred a method which can synchronously deal with distributed and heterogeneous data. Heterogeneous data integration system provides a way for enterprises to solve the problem of integrating multi-platform,multi-application,multi-structure,and multi-semantic data.Through such an integrated system,we can not only integrate the relative data resources within enterprises, but can also collect relative information from external enterprises;this can provide support for enterprises to make decision.Therefore,heterogeneous data integration has attracted more and more attention.This field has become a hot spot,and it is the research purpose of the article.This paper studies integration methods and technologies for distributed of heterogeneous data. Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of heterogeneous data,and points out the problems that heterogeneous data integration needs to resolve;Then it puts on an heterogeneous data integration project——mediation/wrapper technology,and designs public data model and data dictionary for systems combining with XML technology;In the end,it detailed studies the key module,such as the query processing,packaging and so on,it also advances query decomposition algorithm. Taking packaging for example,it achieves the functions of the packaging;Aiming at the problem that heterogeneous data integration system is difficulty in designing,this article proposes and implements semi-automatic generation scheme for web-packing.
