In this dissertation, these technologies are researched for UHF RFID beam scanning reader antenna array in the complex environment, rectangular coaxial transmission line and wideband, high efficient60GHz antenna array based surface micro-machine,5G high gain antenna loading wideband FSS and THz antenna loading miniaturization AMC. The details and innovational work are summarized as follo wings:1.UHF RFID beam scanning antenna array applied the complex environmentThe beam scanning reader antenna array is an effective way to solve the read hollow of RFID system in metal cavity. Three beam scanning antenna arrays are designed. The first one is phased beam scanning antenna array. Bulter matrix is used for feeding network to achieve phase differences of antenna element. The second one is polling beam scanning antenna array. Switches are used for feeding antenna element. The parasitic between each element achieves scanning beam. The third one is inversion polling beam scanning antenna array. The parasitic is change for improving the bandwidth and gain. The read of three bean scanning antenna is tested. When the input power of three beam scanning antenna arrays are18dBm,16dBm,14dBm, the read performance is achieved100%.2. High efficiency60GHz antenna array based micro-machine process First, the rectangular coaxial transmission line is proposed. The su8is used for supporting the signal line to achieve hollow structure which increased the loss. The loss of the rectangular coaxial transmission line is0.045dB/mm and compatible with CMOS technology. Then, two60GHz antenna arrays are designed by Multi-storey transmission line. The first one is used trapezoid shape coupled feed line for wideband. The bandwidth is8.5GHz (57.8~66.3GHz). Gain is13.2dBi at61GHz and efficiency is90%. The second one is used E-shaped patch for wideband circular polarization. The AR bandwidth is11.1%(58.6~65.5GHz). Gain is13.3dBi at61GHz and efficiency is90%.3. Double polarization antenna loading FSS for WLAN application.Wideband FSS structure is proposed. The rectangular slot is used for circular patch to achieve wideband. The double polarization antenna loading FSS is design to achieve bandwidth and gain. The bandwidth is1GHz (5-6GHz). Gain is13dBi at5.5GHz. The bandwidth increase400MHz and gain increase5.6dBi comparing un-load.4. High efficiency and Wideband THz antenna loading miniaturization AMCThe miniaturization AMC is proposed for improving the wideband and gain. The design is face to low wideband and high efficiency due to CMOS technology. The double storey dipole is designed to improve wideband. The bandwidth is51GHz (200~251GHz). Gain is0.7dBi at220GHz. Radiation pattern is downward direction. Efficiency is35%. Then miniaturization AMC using half structure is proposed. The THz antenna loading miniaturization AMC is designed. The bandwidth is66GHz (200-266GHz). Gain is0dBi at220GHz. Radiation pattern is upward direction.
