A Design Of Audio System Based On Embeded Technology

The technology of monitoring becomes more and more important in people's works and lives. With the development of technology based on embeded system, Voice A/D, D/A convert, voice codec and interface of TCP/IP are integrated to one Audio Monitoring System. Recuring to the internet all over the world, Audio Monitoring System over IP Based on Embeded Technology has been formed, and we could monitor any one remote position by using an IP address.This design is the subtask of Audio Monitoring System over IP Based on Embeded Technology. To realize the final target, we have completed the design of an Audio System based on Embeded Technology in primary stage. The whole system consists of four parts: (1) Multifunctional Redial-Control Device of Phone. (2) Module of USB interface and CPLD digital logic circuit. (3) USB firmware program. (4) Driver program and application program in host computer.The author designs the circuits of the Multifunctional Redial-Control Device of Phone and Module of USB2.0 interface, and completes the PCB boards. Simplifies the design of the application circuit by using CPLD;Designs a JTAG parallel adapter for CPLD based on the study of IEEE1149.1;Realizes the complex control logic circuit with VHDL language. By using the USB interface, device is connected to host computer on our self-designed circuit board. After completes the projects of hardware, the author develops the USB firmware with C;Completes the development of driver program on host computer by using WinDriver;Develops an application program using the IDE C++ Builder, for testing the functions of the audio system. Finally, the Audio Monitoring System possesses the function of collecting voice data, playing and communication with host computer.One application example is designed to test the function: Voice data are transmitted between the embeded audio system and host computer.
