In our daily life and all sorts of industrial processes,audio signal widely exsits and it has the characteristic of stability,accuracy and real-time.Monitoring the audio signal real-time has special superiority during kinds of data acquisition in industrial actuality.The paper which uses DSP as the core processor designs and realizes a audio acquisiting and processing system,at the same time it describes the concrete plan of composition,exploitation,realization of the hardware system and software system in detail.During the design of hardware system,it maily discusses the total hardware design proposal,integrated framework,each modular circuit of the entire system ,realization and manufacture of the printed circuit board.The primary module circuit concludes the minimum system circuit of DSP module,A/D and D/A transition of audio acquisition and transmission,expanding external memory,CPLD sequential logic-control module and the serial communication to upper computer. The minimum system circuit of DSP module maily guarantees the DSP system working normally and in an orderly fashion. A/D and D/A transition of audio acquisition and transmission module basically realizes the transmission and exchange between transducer collecting analog audio signal and the DSP processing digital signal. Expanding external memory is used to supply wider program space and data space for processing lots of digital signal of DSP,in order to enhance system's excuting efficiency and shorten processing time. CPLD sequential logic-control module offers digital sequential logic-control for normal read and write of the system for expanding memory and DSP core processor. The serial communication module between DSP and upper computer enforces the communication of digital signal after processing and PC.During the exploitation of software system,it primarily expresses software module programs which match corresponding hardware circuit modulesIt involves of A/D and D/A transition of audio acquisiting module main-program, the design and realization of infinite impulse response digital filter program,the system and upper computer's serial communication program. The part of the design and realization of infinite impulse response digital filter principally states its fundamental principle, the design and realization of DSP's low pass and high pass filter,the influnence and processing results to two different filters using in system separately. At the end of the paper,it introduces in detail the hardware debugging and software debugging of all modules and priciple chips.The results show that the system completely achieves the acquisition of real-time analog audio signal,digital filter processing and serial communication to the upper computer.The system has powerful audio acquisiting and processing ability,so it can be used as a universal platform for design,study and realization of audio acquiring and processing.
