Presently, the programmable controller technology is one of most widely applied technology in the domain of industry check and remote sensing and control. Many companies and research facilities are working on the development and study of various programmable controller products, and has developed respective application software platform for their products.According to the application demand, and in view of the independently designed programmable controller, this thesis aims to do research on and design the graphical programming software integration conditions, based on the analysis of traditional programmable controller software and hardware. Namely, following the international standard, and using the existing technology, it has developed the optimized graphical language integrated development environment which is of great versatility, conforms to the present graphical language programming standard, and has been improved in its function and the application.First, it elaborats the related background information and the basic theory knowledge of PLC system development. Secondly, it introduces this hardware in detail, that is, the PLC which takes the MSP430 series monolithic integrated circuit as the core check chip, and proposes the design implementation thought of integrated development environment. Then it describes the process of its design and implementation, including the graphical language programming, the program optimization and debugs, and the communication which uses PC I/O interface. The final part of the thesis includes the summary, forecast and the wish to further research and improvement of the achievement.
