After decades of development the photovoltaic pump (PV pump) system has become an important part of solar energy applications. Furthermore, with its tremendous social and economical advantages, the photovoltaic pump system has been got more and more attention.The photovoltaic pump (PV pump) system base on Induction Motor-Driven, in this paper, the hardware system scheme used push-pull inverter as its boost part, used IPM as its inverter's topology, used one high performance Digital Signal Controller dsPIC30F2010 as its control core was developed. The control principle of constant V/F and the strategy of space voltage vector PWM are used. The basic function of PV pump system inverter and the special function of PV pump system are realized. The main content in this paper is:1. One improved DC-DC boost inverter is concretely designed with the optimized driven scheme, parallel connection principle of power MOSFET is summarized.2. IPM as main circuit of inverter is adopted, the driven circuit and protection circuit of inverter are predigested greatly, volume of inverter is reduced, efficiency and reliability are improved.3. The DSC dsPIC30F2010 of Microchip is used as controller and the hardware circuit and software flow are designed.4. High accuracy control arithmetic is used and the precision of frequency achieve 0.01 Hz.5. Various load experimentations are processed on specimen, proper protection function of PV system is realized and experimental wave and efficiency test are provided. High efficiency and dependability of the system is proved by experimental wave and test pattern.
