High voltage inverter plays a crucial role in our production and life, it can solve the problems of soft and variable speed on high power motor, at the same time it can achieve energy saving, reduce the loss of motor and it has a very big development space. The main topologies of high-voltage inverter which is cascaded H bridge, it has a modular design and take advantages of low voltage modulars to realize high voltage output. In this dissertation, the control methods of H bridge cascaded high voltage converter were investigated, in order to reduce the complexity of the motor,the system applied the position sensorless.First of all, resume the significance of research high voltage converter and the development of home and abroad, then analyze the topology structure and principle of the high voltage converter. Based on the SVPWM modulation technology of three phase and two level inverter, decomposing the topology structure of H bridge cascaded high-voltage inverter, to find out the relationship with the topology of three-phase two level inverter, and then appling the SVPWM modulatin method and the carrier phase shift technique to the H bridge cascaded high-voltage converter, meanwhile carring on the thorough research and analysis to the system which is the field oriented vector method, acheving the decoupling control of the motor, realizing the control of the motor torque by controlling the torque current. This dissertation also applying the position sensorless to the system, and studying and researching the model reference adaptive system oretically and deeply, it obtain a good result by applying this method to estimate the rotor speed and position of motor.Secondly, using Matlab/simulink software to simulation analysis, build the system of vector control of H bridge cascaded high voltage inverter without position sensor, simulation analysis and verification the performance of the system.At last, design the system software and hardware by using DSP and FPGA, introduce and explain the various parts of the system structure and function respectively, set up the platform of experiment and analysis the result, preliminary verify the feasibility of system.
