Inverter is used widely in the AC transmission field because of its characteristics, such as remarkable energy-economy and high capacity of superchanrge. Embedded system has outstanding attribute of low power exhaustion and high reliability and so on. Inverter has high reliability, high performance, good real-time using embedded system to design and realize it, and it becomes easier to be remotely monitored when Ethernet interface is embedded to it. So, it is of important scientific significance and practical value that an embedded inverter with Ethernet interface is developed. The article introduces in detail the process of designing and developing the hardware and software of the embedded inverter with Ethernet interface. This paper introduces the process of design and realization of this embedded inverter with Ethernet interface in the following three parts.-1. The design and realization of the hardware.of SVPWM inverter. IPM PM20CSJ060 is used to form chopping circuit of main circuit, ARM single chip computer LPC2292 is regarded as control center of the system control circuit, and voltage space vector PWM modulation technology is adopted for change frequency to adjust speed.2. The development of software and hardware of Ethernet interface. Ethernet interface circuit is realized using net-card chip RTL8019AS, and Ethernet data transmition function is realized using simplex TCP/IP protocol. 3. The development of software of embedded inverter. On the base of successfully porting embedded RTOS μC/OS-II on LPC2292, the development of the whole system software based on μ C/OS-II is completed. At last an embedded inverter with Ethernet interface has been developed, and superperformance is got through experiment on a 1kW asynchronism motor. At the same time, the shortcoming of the system and the undetermined problem are put forward on the end of this paper.
