Research On CAD And Quick Quotation System For Membrane Equipment

This thesis made an intensive study in the Computer Aided Design (CAD) and the development of quotation system of membrane equipment, under the guidance of the modular variant design technique based on the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) technology.This thesis introduced modular technology and CBR technology into variant design of the product, and proposed the modular variant design technique based on CBR. And the guiding ideology directed the Computer Aided Design and the development of quotation system of membrane equipment.Guided by the modular variant design technique based on Case Based Reasoning, the thesis studied the method of the Computer Aided Design for the membrane equipment. The author developed the system of the three levels of drawing database, including parameterized drawing database on the parts, all levels of modular drawing database and the drawing database for typical project cases. This thesis studied the secondary development of parameterized drawing database on the parts based on the software platform of CAXA EB. The developed drawing database can improve the speed of product design and standardize the design of the membrane equipment.This thesis studied information sharing of the CAD on the membrane equipment, made data interface between CAD and the quotation system and studied the data conversion technology from the list of the parts during the drawings from the CAD for the product to the quick quotation system.This thesis was set in Motian Membrane Engineering and Technology Co.Ltd of Tianjin technical university, and developed the quick quotation system based on CAD for the CMF membrane equipment for water disposal. This thesis put forward tow kinds of quotation method in the quick quotation system. They are the detailed quotation method and the quick quotation method. The author gave the total idea of the development of the quotation system, which is based on the detailed quotation method and aimed at quick quotation method. The author realized the detailed design of the system by the means of functional design, establishing functional model, designing the Data Base system and programming. The quotation system can improve the speed and veracity of the quotation of the membrane equipment.
