Production practice proved that the design work of the change of part function and framework or value has a large proportion in the control system design. Under the condition of no efficient management of the design cases and experience of the enterprise, redesign can waste a lot of manpower material resources and time. In this instance, according to the characteristic of control system design, and the theory of case-based reasoning of AI, the paper analyses and studies and brings forward the method of computer-aided control system design on case-based reasoning.In the paper, the development and characteristic of the control system design are analyzed at first. The development of computer-aided control system design went through from arithmetic subprogram to alternating current software and to integrated design environmental, and the entering of expert system brought the new development for the computer-aided control system design. The merits and the defects of every development phases are summarized in the paper. The appearance and development of case-based reasoning is mentioned , and the use of it is summarized in the world and in our country from the appearance of the theory, and the study of principium and key techniques is laid stress on.The method of computer-aided control system design on case-based reasoning is to organize and manage the cases of control system design efficiently which are got together by the designer of the enterprise, and to make the designer find the most similar case fast and exactly, and then to modify the retrieved cases for the current situationIn the paper, the control system are classed by some rule, and the classification model of control system cases are constructed. Besides, based this the classification model, the use of case model are studied. The cases are mapped different case models according to the difference of key feature of case models to compartmentalize the cases clearly, and make the base for the construction of case database. The case database is constructed on case models, and the cases and sub-cases are organized on the framework of the model, that can make it very convenient for the reuse of the cases and sub-cases. Through the study of the methods of case retrievement, in the paper, the retrievement method combined with the serial and the parallel is adopted. The serial retrievement can reduce the retrieved scope to the cases of one case model, and theparallel retrievement can get the most similar case through the measure of similarity.Finally, the software of computer-aided control system design on case-based reasoning is introduced, and numerical control machine tool is taken as the case to introduce the use method and function of software, which proves the correctness and the feasibility of the method. |
