| Product conceptual design is the phase of product innovative design. The fundamental purpose of the CACD (Computer Aided Conceptual Design) system is to be able to support the product innovative design effectively. Currently, modeling representation of the product, modeling representation of the conflict in the product conceptual design and the modeling method to solve the conflict, is the bottleneck in the computer aided conceptual design system, which is not a good solution. However, the CAD system is waiting to be developed aiming at the conceptual design for the footwear product.In this thesis, the basic contents is about the CBR (case-based reasoning) and the development method of the CACD system for footwear product, especially the functionality innovative and the principle innovative. Aiming at the fault of the existing CAD system which can not support the innovation design, a new matter element representation method with the footwear product cases is to be raised. Besides, Case-based Innovation Reasoning, contradictory arguments, the extension principle and the extension matrix to solve the contradictories in the footwear conceptual design is also given. At the same time, combining with the superiority in the term of problem solving, a harmonious CACD prototype system based on case innovative reasoning for footwear product has been developed. The theory achievement bring forth new ideas to the core tool of the TRIZ and develop Case-based reasoning. |
