As an optimal scheme of advanced public-key cryptosystem, Elliptic Curve became a research focus in resent years. And it could not match the high-speed application because of its complexity. But DES (Data Encryption Standard) algorithm has the advantage of low calculating complexity, high processing speed, but it is difficulty to manage key and realize the digital signature. According the conception of associative scheme, it designs that use DES to encrypt original document and use ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem) to manage the key to realize the digital signature. The mixed digital signature scheme based on DES and ECC has the feature of convenience, secure high processing speed and practicability.The digital signature system is designed on the base of the mixed algorithm. It is consist of hardware configure and software module. The hardware uses bus topology, and software module concludes communication module, signature module, verification module, omnium-gatherum module, encryption and decryption module and key-generating module.Java provides high security to digital signature. Its structure and a series of interfaces provide strong functions, which include JCA and JCE which provide service of encryption, JSSE which is supported by SSL(Secure Socked Layer) and TTS (Transport Layer Security);CertPath which supports to S/MIME (Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) etc. One of main target of Java is to support to secure service of encryption and authorization service by JAAS.Also, the especial point is on account of the capability to support security on different platform of computers, essentially, the security service is the same. Because of the capacity to perform on multiple platforms, the security characters integrated on the server platform are all useful, which make the code and security service of Java much portable, and can work with none-Java language code and service under different work environment. So it designs that the DES-ECC mixed algorithm on the base of Java2 which realized function of digital signature has thefeature of high security and practicability, and it can be used of e-business and e-government.The full text can be divided into three major parts:1.
