| In this article, the combination of Information Fusion and Biomedicine is used in the system of Down 's Syndrome screening. It introduces in details that the Down 's Syndrome is caused by that the 21st chromosome of germ cell is not divided correctly, as a result a transmissibility disease of exceptional euchromosome is produced. And the aftereffect is that the fetus with Down 's Syndrome will have strange appearance, obstacles in capacity and short-lived, and the heavy burden of energy and economy is brought to family and society. So the Down 's Syndrome screening is very important to prevent the fetus with Down 's syndrome.Down 's Syndrome screening could be sorted into diagnosis without hurt and diagnosis with inbreak, it also could be sorted into the first and second trimester screening. Following by the advance of techniques, the method is developed from just by age to by uniting two, three or four serum markers and some genetic ultrasonic techniques to estimate the risk of Down 's Syndrome.The crossing subject ——Information Fusion which integrates informationscience, bioscience and computer science is used to build the Down 's Syndrome screening models. The concept of Information Fusion is introduced detailedly, the problems existing in fusion are analyzed on base of many references, and the future development of Information Fusion is predicted. The system model of Down 's Syndrome screening is built from system model, structure model and mathematic model some aspects in Information Fusion, combining with effective and clinical approach of Down 's syndrome screening. Also using multi-statistics and analysis, the mathematic model is established to fusing the serum markers. On base of these models, the software of Down 's Syndrome screening system is worked out.With the help of my tutor and related member in the project, the author of this paper has taken charge of designation and realization of two function patterns of Down 's syndrome, and establishes the self-model of median by material data in hospital.The innovation of this paper are mainly: by applying the theory of InformationFusion to diagnosis of disease in biomedicine, and design the mathematic model of Down 's syndrome screening by some aspects of the pregnant women in China, and the theory model of Down 's Syndrome based on Information Fusion are established. |
