This dissertation studies the Electrocardiogram (ECG) automatic detection and analysis technology, which is part of SAS automatic detection and analysis system.This dissertation summarizes the development actuality of ECG record and ECG automatic analysis technology, summarizes the elementary knowledge of ECG record and ECG signal analysis, and whole design ECG detection and analysis system. Based on this, this dissertation detailedly introduces the hardware design of ECG detection and the software design of ECG analysis.The hardware system is made up by pre-amplifier and data acquisition system. This dissertation designes isolated pre-amplifier which is made up by difference amplifier, light isolation amplifier and filter, designes data acquisition system based on PCI bus. Pre-amplifying ECG signal and data acquiring is done. It also lays a foundation for ECG singal processing and analysis.Exploringly research the technology of ECG beforehand dispose and detection. Baseline-wander and power line interference are wiped off by integral coefficient digital filter, the effect of filter has confirmed through simulation. R peak value point and QRS wave's begin-and-end point are detected based on wavelet transform which adopt 2-Spline wavelet as its base-function. They are detected in the s = 2~3 level .So the QRS wave detection is done. After QRS recognized, P wave and T wave are general detected by the teclinique of window search technique combined with 2~4 level wavelet transform.Finally, the arithmetic proposed in this dissertation is evaluated by the MIT-BIH database, the validity of arithmetic is primary validated.
