The feasibility of CNC system hardware based on cheapness ARM core processor LPC2132 and FPGA were studied in this thesis, the low cost and the high performance multi-spindle numerical control system research based on making full use of the resource of LPC2132 were proposed. The software and the hardware were designed in the industry control of the numerical control system based on ARM and FPGA. The key technologies in CNC system were studied. The main content is as follows:First, introduction of the CNC system current development situation and several kinds of constitution plan of the CNC system. The motion controller principle with emphasis was shown. In this foundation, the structure of the CNC system which is used in the design was produced.Second, the research and the realization of motion controller pivotal technologies were shown. The industry motion controller key technology~the secondary fine interpolation algorithm was studied. The strategy which uses software to realize thick interpolation and the FPGA to realize hardware fine interpolation were used. In this foundation, the realization method of the motion controller secondary fine interpolation algorithm was produced, and the servo motion control system was studied, and the mathematical model has been established, the analysis on the system performance was made.Third, the realization of the CNC system software and hardware was introduced. the concrete software according to the hardware electric circuit was designed too. The fuzzy-PID intelligence control on the basis of tradition PID algorithm was studied, and used in the motion controller. In detail each part of the hardware electric circuit and the schematic diagram of the CNC system were designed, and the ARM core processor LPC2132 and the localization control chip FPGA according to the system demand analysis were determined.Finally, in view of the rotary screen printing laser engraving system's special request, the numerical control system was established, the rotary screen printing craft was described, the rotary screen printing laser engraving system was established, and the application in the rotary screen printing was shown according to it.The design adopts the secondary fine interpolation algorithm, completes the design to develop the rotary screen printing controller by the thick interpolation with software and the hardware fine interpolator. The designed controller realizes various aspects proposed request in the structure which is in the laser engraving control and rotary screen printing control.Finally the author made the summary to this thesis, and forecast the high speed motion control technology development based on the embedded system.
