The Study And Application On CRM System In The Logistics Enterprise Based On The Technique Of GIS

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a kind of computer technique systemwhich provides lots of spatial and dynamic geographic information and also providesthe decision-making supports service. It builds up various models with spatial andattribute data, manages the geographic data by use of methods of query and analysisspatially based on the models, picks up the useful information serving for thedecision-making.Recently, with the development of the market economy and the intenseness of thecompetition, Enterprises continually bring forward new concepts and methods topromote abilities of competition, in which the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is one of the new strategies to help the corporations make progress andsuccesses in competition. CRM contains abundant spatial information, the informationplay important part in helping the corporation realize the automation, making decisionsupport and knowing more about the clients. So, it is necessary to import the GIStechnique to the CRM. This paper studies the application on CRM system of the logistics enterprisebased on MapX that is embedded in the language VB, constructs the spatial andfeature database, operates the spatial data based on the spatial data structure, andrealize the operations of query,analyses on it. Mostly studies and discusses thealgorithm of the logistics system combining with the network of the city, and analyzethe example after the amelioration of the algorithm.It can not only deal with the problems about clients timely, but also canintuitively display the information of the position, requirement type and the spatialdistribution of the clients. GIS aggregates the data mining and displaying,management analyzing, decision supporting, sell management, client service, logisticsaccommodate managing and client information, so it can reduce the cost of theservices and the amount of the resources and has very practical meanings.
