This paper describes a design and implementation of air-raid siren control system on different aspects which relate to the function, structure, requirements and latest development of science and technology. A detailed analysis and general dissertation are given on the three parts of the system, which are control center, communication subsystem and control terminals.Control center is the core of the system. This paper gives a design of multi-architecture center and mobile center which have varies communication interfaces. GUI based on GIS is adopted in this design. Some solutions are given to the safety and security of the control center.It is a synthesis of reliability, cost and feasibility to choose the scheme of communication subsystem. This paper tests several communication networks on the reliability, maturity, area and the reliability of communication modules, and gives proper solutions to the problem.A dissertation is given on both hardware and software of the FJK.-I control terminal. The principal of hardware circuit and architecture are detailed. The function of software and RTOS porting are discussed in this paper.
